Job summary

JENNMAR seeks a Sales & Pricing Analyst to develop accurate quotations and competitive pricing for mining products and services. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance to analyze costs, review BOMs, and align pricing with profitability goals.

Ideal candidates will have strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate cost structures into strategic pricing recommendations supporting Jennmar's sales strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of pricing, cost analysis, sales operations, financial analysis, estimating, or related experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookups, and financial modeling.
• Experience analyzing Bills of Materials (BOMs), manufacturing costs, or industrial products.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for mining products, services, and solutions.
• Analyze RFQs, specifications, contracts, and scope requirements to develop pricing proposals.
• Collaborate with sales and business leaders to balance competitiveness and profitability.
• Maintain quotation records and pricing documentation in company systems.
• Support contract renewals, pricing reviews, and customer-specific pricing agreements.
• Analyze BOMs to validate costs and identify pricing opportunities.
