Job summary

Innovative Aerosystems (IA) is seeking a Pricing & Proposal Lead to independently manage customer proposals from initial solicitation through final submission, including the development of proposal pricing. This hands-on role acts as the primary coordinator across Engineering, Program Management, Operations, and Contracts to gather data and ensure timely, compliant proposals.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in related fields, strong Excel skills, and experience with cross-department

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years in proposal development, pricing, estimating, contracts, or related field.
Experience coordinating projects across multiple departments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business software applications.

Responsibilities

Manage proposals from solicitation through final submission.
Review RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, statements of work, and specs.
Develop and maintain proposal schedules across departments.
Gather, analyze, and develop proposal pricing using various cost inputs.
Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes.
Prepare pricing summaries for management review.
Coordinate development of technical, commercial, contractual content.
Track requirements, deliverables, deadlines, and actions.
Support proposal compliance reviews and ensure customer requirements are addressed.
Conduct final proposal reviews for accuracy and on-time submission.
Maintain proposal documentation and records.
Communicate status, risks, and open issues to management.
