Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Senior Pricing & Profitability Analyst for personal loans to join the Credit Risk & Pricing team. You will design pricing models, deliver profitability analyses and develop pricing recommendations for governance and partnerships.

You will build automated dashboards using Tableau, Excel, SAS, SQL, or Python to monitor pricing trends, performance, and portfolio metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an analytically driven role: Pricing, Credit Risk, Analytics or Finance (unsecured lending a plus)
• Experience with SQL, SAS, or other programming/scripting languages preferred
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau
• Experience in financial modeling is preferred
• Understanding of consumer credit risk concepts, portfolio performance metrics, and risk-adjusted profitability analysis
• Ability to drive actionable outcomes from analytical insight and communicate findings to leadership
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking and self-starting attitude
• Excellent time-management in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for consumer lending portfolios with profitability analyses and governance oversight
• Own pricing and profitability modeling, including performance reporting, forecasting, back-testing, model validation, and documentation
• Deliver advanced analytics and strategic insights by analyzing customer behavior, price elasticity, funnel performance, portfolio trends and credit performance
• Utilize internal, bureau, and market data to identify trends and support pricing and risk-based decisions
• Build and automate reporting solutions using Tableau, Excel, SAS, SQL, or Python to monitor pricing and portfolio performance
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to manage multiple pricing initiatives and improve reporting infrastructure
• Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations translating data into actionable insights for profitability and strategy
