Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of six years of experience OR a master’s degree plus a minimum of five years of experience.
• Three years of experience pricing cost plus fixed fee, firm fixed price, and time and materials contracts for the federal government.
• Experience pricing research and development efforts.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with price and cost proposal preparation and BOE development.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to present analyses to executives.
