Brenntag is seeking a Pricing Manager to oversee cost and price administration, ensure data accuracy and timely updates, and lead a team of pricing analysts.

The role combines strategic pricing leadership with hands-on governance, collaborating with accounting, sales, and marketing to optimize margins and pricing policies.

This office-based role requires advanced Excel, SQL, pricing software experience, and a commitment to process improvements, training, and cross‑functional partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, or marketing.
• Minimum 5 years in pricing, finance, or contract administration with supervisory experience.
• Strong Excel, SQL, pricing software, market analysis, compliance, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administrative oversight of cost and price administration, recordkeeping, and policy adherence.
• Monitor transactional cost and price relationships and ensure accuracy of financial results.
• Develop and oversee pricing strategy with Commercial team to meet targets and competitiveness.
• Recommend and support use of Excel and ERP-aligned quote tools.
• Capture supplier contract costs and rebates in ERP for accurate reporting.
• Provide pricing analytics to monitor quote effectiveness, churn, and margins.
• Support KA team pricing processes and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor pricing analysts, guiding priorities and performance.
• Assist in ad-hoc pricing initiatives and special projects.
