Holland & Knight seeks a Pricing and Legal Project Management Senior Analyst to partner with attorneys on budgets, RFP finance, and reporting. The role develops best practices, coordinates data for client reviews, and creates rate cards as needed.

The position requires 5+ years in pricing or related fields, with a preference for professional services experience and an MBA in Finance. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in pricing, legal project management, and/or financial analysis.
• Experience in the professional services industry preferred.
• Ability to achieve certification in legal pricing and/or legal project management within two years.

Responsabilités

• Develop and monitor budgets and AFAs with timely reporting.
• Create matter plans aligned with client and attorney objectives.
• Produce client and attorney-requested reports and data.
• Collaborate to set rate cards and automate reports with IT.
• Support quarterly client reviews with data analysis.
