Job summary

King & Spalding LLP seeks a Pricing Manager Hybrid in Atlanta/Chicago/NYC/DC to shape creative pricing. You’ll partner with attorneys to draft pricing proposals, budgets, and client terms, while refining models and reporting for better profitability.

You will educate teams on pricing concepts, oversee budgets, and stay aligned with market trends and firm goals, contributing to client value and firm growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years pricing and related experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills across levels.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive creative pricing solutions to meet client objectives and firm financial goals.
• Counsel attorneys on pricing proposals, fee estimates and matter budgets using templates and data.
• Negotiate annual rate arrangements and other client financial terms with stakeholders.
• Collaborate directly with clients on pricing-related objectives and cost considerations.
• Partner with BD and attorneys to develop pricing strategies for RFPs and bids; lead electronic auctions.
• Set up matters for tracking budgets and monitor progress against budgets.
