Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a pricing leader to guide strategic pricing initiatives in a retail setting. You will assess pricing health through metrics, customer value, and price perception, and lead pricing tests to optimize outcomes.

You will develop dashboards and reports to monitor progress, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to build pricing tools and processes aligned with Finance for execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail or relevant business with emphasis in pricing strategy, capabilities, and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Demonstrable experience delivering high-impact pricing strategies, programs, execution, and analysis in a transformational environment.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to make recommendations that support enterprise goals.
• Experience with SQL (Postgres and Snowflake) and a BI tool (Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Assess the overall pricing health of the business through financial metrics, customer value, and price perception.
• Manage the design and implementation of pricing tests.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to analyze and track progress on strategic pricing initiatives.
• Provide inputs into pricing tools, data, and processes in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
