Amentum is seeking a Pricing Senior Manager for a remote role, open to candidates who can travel to HQs in Chantilly, VA or Fort Worth, TX. This role emphasizes pricing strategy, proposal leadership, and data-driven decision making to win major proposals for the corporate pricing organization.

Minimum qualifications include extensive cost-proposal experience and strong knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and CAS. U.S. citizenship is required, with travel up to 10-20% anticipated.

Qualifications

• Typically twelve years’ experience in cost proposal preparation or related finance work.
• Eight years’ experience with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Two years’ experience in contracts or pricing may substitute for each year of college.

Responsibilities

• Oversees cost proposal development and pricing strategies for major and strategic proposals.
• Ensures compliance with the estimating system manual and policies.
• Manages schedules, budgets, and plans while leading personnel, finances, and facilities.
• Develops and implements new business capture and proposal strategies.
• Directs and manages resources to meet company objectives.
• Maintains relationships with Program/Project Managers and upper management.
