Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; seven+ years in pricing or pricing strategy.
• Cross-functional experience with sales, marketing, finance, product management, or commercial leadership.
• Relocation assistance not provided; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Raleigh, NC or other listed locations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes pricing strategies across the Industrial Controls Division to support growth and profitability.
• Leads pricing roadmap development and collaborates with Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
• Analyzes market conditions, customer segmentation, and value propositions to drive pricing decisions.
• Monitors pricing performance and communicates results to leadership with improvement recommendations.
• Provides pricing guidance for strategic opportunities and deal negotiations.
• Supports forecasting and strategic planning with pricing assumptions in business reviews.
