Job summary

Morton Salt is seeking a Pricing Analyst to lead pricing initiatives across consumer and B2B channels. You will analyze pricing data, support TPM efforts, and develop strategies to optimize margins while aligning with production capabilities.

The role requires strong analytics using Power BI and Excel, experience with SAP pricing, and the ability to present actionable insights to executives. In-office position in Overland Park, KS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related concentration is required.
• 4+ years of pricing and/or business-related experience is required.
• Experience with TPM and data visualization tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Create pricing for Sales Teams, Retail and B2B customers.
• Develop and enhance pricing strategies to maximize margin and align with production capacity.
• Maintain pricing records and TPM processes with accurate data.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to balance customer needs with production and logistics constraints.
• Prepare executive-level presentations outlining pricing analyses and financial impact.
