Job summary

Daimler Trucks North America is seeking a Pricing Strategy Analyst to support the Transaction Council in executing pricing proposals for large, complex customer transactions. You will collaborate with Sales and Finance to develop pricing and contribution margin strategies and provide visibility to executive leadership.

The role handles downstream pricing operations, including serial management, concession execution, and pricing protection governance, from order placement to delivery, in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years in pricing/financial analysis or Master’s + 2+ years required.
• Experience in pricing, costing, proposal development, and cross-functional collaboration preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Transaction Council Analysts to ensure compliant pricing approvals.
• Identify ambiguities and escalate with leadership when policy interpretation is needed.
• Support price walks, concessions, and pricing logic for large fleet accounts.
