Job summary

Daimler Truck North America LLC is seeking a Pricing Strategy and Planning Analyst IV in Fort Mill, SC to develop pricing and contribution strategies for complex customer transactions. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and executives, lead pricing governance, and drive downstream pricing operations from quotes through delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years in pricing/costing or Master’s with 2+ years experience.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, prioritize effectively, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
• Advanced analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Transaction Council Senior Analysts to ensure error-free, policy-compliant execution of pricing approvals.
• Attend weekly Transaction Council meetings and document decisions communicated to Sales and downstream teams.
• Support price walks, spec additions, and pricing logic for large fleet accounts.
• Own serial management activities for TC-approved deals and ensure system integrity.
• Maintain governance of pricing protection codes and concessions in a centralized workflow.
