Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Manager of Strategic Pricing & Insights to empower better Pro decision-making through rigorous analysis and actionable recommendations. You will lead initiatives, align stakeholders, and coach teams to improve pricing strategies and performance across the organization.

You will collaborate with field teams and leaders, develop data-driven recommendations, and drive execution while communicating progress to executive sponsors.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing customer, sales, pricing, financial and operational data.
• Ability to apply quantitative, statistical and problem-solving methods to develop actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing optimization strategies based on business results and customer feedback.
• 4+ years of leadership experience, including talent development, coaching, goal alignment, engagement and accountability.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from development through implementation.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, resolve competing priorities, and drive change.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to field, business and executive audiences.
• AI fluency, including responsible use of approved tools, critical evaluation of outputs, and validation against reliable data.
• Proficiency with productivity, presentation, visualization, and analytical tools including Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• 15% Business Acumen / Data Analysis - Owns work to identify, research and measure ongoing program effectiveness against targets; develops optimization strategies from results and feedback.
• 15% Collaboration - Partners cross-functionally with teams, clients, management and others to drive change.
• 20% Develop Recommendations - Prioritizes issues and develops solutions with cross-functional teams (store leaders, merchants, vendors, etc.).
• 30% Leadership - Oversees talent selection, team development, goal alignment and engagement to foster performance.
• 20% Project Management - Drives creation and implementation of initiatives; communicates projects and recommendations to executives and sponsors.
