Job summary

Molex is seeking a Sr. Pricing Strategy Analyst to establish the analytical foundation of the Optical Connectivity Group's pricing capability.

In this role, you will transform commercial, competitive, and market data into actionable pricing insights that improve decision quality, strengthen market positioning, and support profitable growth. You will partner with Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Business Development to identify pricing opportunities and build visibility into pricing

Qualifications

Experience in pricing analytics or revenue analytics.
Ability to translate large datasets into business recommendations.
Experience with CRM/ERP/CPQ systems and translating data into insights.
Strong communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain centralized pricing intelligence assets that support pricing decisions.
Analyze quote, booking, competitive, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Deliver win/loss, competitive positioning, and market benchmarking insights to support commercial strategy.
Create value quantification frameworks and economic models to support value-based pricing initiatives.
Build and maintain pricing performance dashboards focused on margin, price realization, and profitability.
Perform pocket-price and price waterfall analysis to uncover leakage and margin improvement opportunities.
Support strategic pricing initiatives through ad hoc analysis and executive-level insights.
