Job summary

Molex, a Koch company, seeks an Americas Region Pricing Manager to lead a team of pricing and commercial excellence professionals across the Americas. You will partner with Sales, Product Management, Customer Service, and Operations to balance customer needs with strong economic decision-making and pricing discipline.

You will develop the team, drive operational excellence, govern pricing, and shape the region's pricing strategy to win profitable opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, operations or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in pricing operations or commercial operations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional pricing operations by managing Deal Desk Specialists and regional partners; set performance expectations and development plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate pricing requests, quotations, contract updates, and system maintenance.
• Monitor SLAs and operational metrics; balance resources to support changing priorities.
• Coordinate implementation of pricing actions and commercial agreements; support negotiations with data and documentation.
• Drive pricing governance, data quality, and automation initiatives across regions.
• Track metrics and maintain dashboards to provide visibility on team performance and workload.
