Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support the sales teams, implementation, client service and finance through deal structuring, pricing, and contract reviews. You will own the service agreement signature of the quote process and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure deals are processed accurately.

The role emphasizes accelerating deal velocity while maintaining internal controls, with opportunities for growth within Paychex’s One Paychex platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred in Economics, Business, Mathematics or Finance.
• 2+ years of experience in a deal desk role, pricing, contracts, order management, sales operations or revenue support.
• Experience with Conga, DocuSign and Salesforce.com is a plus.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and data management skills.
• Exposure to CPQ tools and Contract Lifecycle Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Support deal creation and value analysis with cross-functional stakeholders to understand customer requirements and drive deal closure efficiencies.
• Define and enforce escalation and approval processes for standard and non-standard deals; streamline terms and structure.
