Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support deal structuring, pricing, and contract reviews across the sales lifecycle. This role collaborates with Sales, Implementation, Client Service and Finance to ensure accurate pricing and compliant quote processes.

You will drive deal velocity while enforcing internal controls, own the service agreement signature process, and liaise with Legal, Billing, Product Management and Revenue Ops to keep deals moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred in Economics, Business, Mathematics or Finance.
• 2+ years in a deal desk, pricing, contracts, order management or revenue support.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Conga and DocuSign is a plus.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and data management skills.
• Exposure to CPQ tools and Contract Lifecycle Management is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work under pressure.
• Flexible to extended hours during peak periods, especially month-end.

Responsibilities

• Support deal creation with cross-functional stakeholders and perform deal value analysis.
• Drive deal closure, streamline approvals, and automate standard/non-standard terms.
• Ensure price models align to quotes and manage escalation for non-standard deals.
