Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support sales, implementation, client service and finance in deal structuring, pricing and contract reviews. This role acts as a primary liaison between sales and other departments to ensure compliant, timely processing of deals.

Responsibilities include driving deal closure efficiencies, validating price models, and defining escalation paths for non-standard deals while improving end-to-end deal lifecycle and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics or Finance preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a deal desk role, pricing, contracts, order management, sales operations or revenue support role.
• Experience with Conga, DocuSign and Salesforce.com a plus.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and data management skills.
• Exposure to CPQ tools and Contract Lifecycle Management preferred.
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the deal creation process with cross-functional stakeholders and analyze deal value.
• Improve deal velocity by streamlining approvals and automating standard/non-standard terms and terms.
