Job summary

Ipsen in Cambridge, MA seeks Associate Director, Strategic Pricing & Contracting to lead contracting strategy and GTN forecasting within Value & Access. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize payer negotiation, contract performance, and revenue outcomes.

The role requires deep expertise in pricing, contracting, and government programs, with strong leadership and analytics to drive strategic decisions and compliant execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years with a Master's degree.
• 5+ years in pricing, contracting or GTN related areas.

Responsibilities

• Support negotiation of assigned Customer Contracts across institutional, GPO/clinics, and Medicare payers.
• Develop pre- and post-deal analytics and GTN forecasts.
• Collaborate with Legal to review contracts and letters of intent.
• Maintain contract activity calendars and oversee execution status.
