Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks a senior pricing leader to develop and deploy value‑based pricing strategies across Banjo and KZValve products and channels. The role emphasizes parity, data‑driven decisions, and continuous improvement of pricing governance.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Product Management, andsales teams to analyze profitability, manage databases, and execute price capture actions using 80/20 insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, sales, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into profitability insights.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (JDE, SAGE, MS Dynamics 365) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy value-based pricing strategies for Banjo and KZValve.
• Create price parity across channels and clean up legacy pricing.
• Maintain a competitive pricing database and propose maneuvers to gain share.
• Improve price administration including updates, communications, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Product Management on inflation impacts.
• Lead pricing governance and educational initiatives (80/20).
