Job summary

KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Pricing Strategy Analyst to join the Pricing Center of Excellence. This role focuses on acquisition pricing and B2C business cases, building financial models, analyzing large datasets, and delivering executive-ready presentations to support strategic decisions.

The candidate will leverage SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to create dashboards and insights, partnering with Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Analytics to drive initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of pricing, strategy, analytics, or related experience; senior candidates also considered.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models, and executive presentations.
• Experience supporting pricing, acquisition, product, or commercial strategy initiatives.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategy and business cases for new products, pricing initiatives, and customer acquisition.
• Build financial models and run scenario analyses to quantify ROI and market opportunities.
• Analyze pricing performance, promotions, and competitive positioning across products and segments.
• Create dashboards and executive presentations using SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, and Excel.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Analytics to define requirements and priorities.
• Support pricing tests, experiments, and post-launch analysis; design measurement frameworks.
