BBI Logistics, LLC is seeking a Pricing Analyst in Columbus, OH to support sales and operations through strategic pricing analysis, market intelligence, and customer bid management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, pricing, analytics, finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with large data sets and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of truckload freight markets and transportation pricing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze freight market trends, transportation rates, carrier capacity, and industry data to develop competitive pricing strategies.
• Evaluate customer RFPs, pricing opportunities, and bid packages to support profitable growth.
• Develop, review, and maintain pricing models for truckload and other transport services.
• Utilize market intelligence to identify pricing risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Conduct profitability analysis and provide recommendations to improve margins.
• Manage end-to-end RFP pricing process, including data collection, analysis, formatting, submission, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to develop pricing solutions for customers.
• Ensure all bid submissions are accurate and timely.
• Track and maintain records of bids, pricing decisions, and customer feedback.
• Work with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to align pricing with market conditions.
• Assist with pricing reviews, renewals, and contract management.
• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and network optimization.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analyses to support pricing strategy.
• Present findings and market insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing tools and workflows.
