Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. is seeking a Pricing Analyst to analyze pricing and compensation data, manage price approvals, and support growth across channels and locations. You will work with SAP, CPQ, and CRM systems to optimize profitability and messaging for sales teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, collaboration with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Global teams, and the delivery of robust dashboards to track price realization and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 1–2 years of business analytics experience in a B2B environment.
• Strong MS Office 365 and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for business and technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing and unit/part price updates for profitability.
• Execute price changes in SAP and inform the sales force.
• Create price lists for OEM, Joint Venture, Licensee, and Intercompany accounts.
• Manage currency exchange rates across front-end systems.
• Oversee commissions processing and reporting accuracy.
• Maintain CPQ price approval level tables and assist in approvals.
• Lead pricing and compensation initiatives with high-quality dashboards.
