Job summary

Murphy & Associates, Inc. seeks a Communications Specialist to join our presentation support team. You will develop custom pitch materials, support the entire presentation process from concept through delivery, and coach teams for effective oral delivery.

Role involves hybrid onsite collaboration in Overland Park, KS or Frisco, TX, with a preference for hybrid onsite work. Start date is 9/28 for a 3-month engagement, with potential extension based on performance and client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in presentation development or related field.
• 2-3 years of strategic presentation development with understanding of the sales cycle and objectives.
• Understanding of presale development process and project execution in telecom or tech a plus.
• Strong PowerPoint skills with video/audio content integration for in-person and virtual presentations.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles (composition, layout).
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling and memorable presentation materials reflecting innovation and customer focus.
• Lead the creative process and incorporate animations, audio, and video into presentations.
• Lead internal preparation and debriefs.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver an excellent experience for participants in the process.
