Job summary

Murphy & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Communications Specialist to join a presenter support team. You will craft memorable materials, guide animations, and coach teams through the pitch process from start to finish.

You will collaborate with the Director, Bid Management, and the VP of Marketing to develop strategies that move audiences to action, while aligning with sales objectives and customer value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in presentation development for sales or marketing.
• 2-3 years in strategic presentation development within telecom/tech contexts is a plus.
• Strong PowerPoint with video/audio integration for in-person/virtual decks.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling presentation materials reflecting innovation and customer focus.
• Lead the creative process and integrate animations, audio, and video.
• Lead internal prep and debriefs; collaborate across teams to ensure great participant experience.
• Support the presentation process from start to finish and provide coaching insights.
