Job summary

Avalere Health in the United States is seeking a Presentation Specialist to craft engaging, high‑quality client presentations. You will work with cross‑functional teams to turn content into visuals that inform and persuade, applying storytelling principles and design excellence.

A bachelor's in graphic design or related field is preferred; strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint/Slides is essential.

Qualifications

Education: a bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field is ideal but not required.
Experience: background in art direction, graphic design, or presentation design.
Software: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; PowerPoint/Slides; familiarity with motion/AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

Presentation creation: Develop compelling, high-quality presentations and other visual assets.
Narrative structure: Understand overarching goals and enhance stories through content and design.
Content layout: Organize text, images, graphs, and multimedia for clarity.
Visual design: Create slide designs, templates, and branding aligned with the message.
Slide transitions and animation: Apply transitions and effects to enhance the experience.
Guidance: Provide internal teams with visual communication strategies and storytelling techniques.
Meeting deadlines: Manage time to meet presentation schedules for conferences or meetings.
