Job summary

RRD is seeking a Presentation Designer for the Hybrid 2nd Shift in Phoenix. You will create templates, backgrounds, and presentations using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite for high-level clients, converting complex data into clear visuals. Requires 4+ years in presentation/design and strong charting in Excel.

The role emphasizes brand consistency, collaboration, and timely delivery, with on-site and hybrid coordination, and a steady workflow across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 4 years of professional presentation or graphic design experience.
• High proficiency knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Knowledge of After Effects is a huge plus.
• Experience with charting in Excel.
• Video editing and/or sound editing skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of print design a plus.
• Excellent design sense and awareness of current design trends.
• Capable of translating complex data in a visually compelling way.
• Understands the importance of brand and can work within established standards.
• Adaptability and willingness to pitch in where needed.
• Ability to make independent decisions and use problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Deadline management which includes managing wait times and turnaround times (TAT).

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality pitch books, presentations, and client memoranda.
• Import and revise graphics files as necessary.
• Create and edit multi-page/multi-section documents using templates and style sheets for pitchbooks, graphs, charts, presentations, and other print/design projects.
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in terms of aesthetics.
• Collaborate with team members on complex or special projects.
• Maintain all job and production tracking data via a propriety RRD Tracking tool.
• Coordinate workflow within the team, including prioritizing jobs and delegating duties to associates.
• Monitor workflow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines.
• Assess incoming requests selecting the best resources for successful completion.
• Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
• Train new employees on policies and procedures.
• Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.
• Assist with monthly metrics and reporting.
• May work with motion graphics and multimedia work.
