Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of account management or sales experience; group insurance experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success dealing with brokers/consultants and sophisticated clients.
• Ability to analyze data to influence renewal decisions and deploy right solutions.
• Proficiency with sales enablement tech: Salesforce, Tableau, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams.

• Own end-to-end client management for 100–1999 lives, driving retention, growth, and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
