Ashton North LLC is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead the estimating function, coordinate budgets and schedules, and ensure alignment with owner expectations. You will guide design teams through constructability reviews, oversee GMP development, and manage the turnover to Operations for successful project start.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7–10 years in estimating/preconstruction, with proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam.

Experience leading estimating teams and presenting budgets/schedules to owners.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required for cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency with construction software like Procore and Bluebeam.
