Job Juncture seeks a Preconstruction Manager to lead estimating, budgeting, and preconstruction planning for complex projects. You will partner with Market Lead, BD & Procurement, estimating team, contracts coordinator, design partners, and clients to develop budgets, schedules, and value-driven solutions aligned with company standards.

The role provides day-to-day leadership of the estimating function, coordinating workload, project priorities, and resource planning to ensure timely

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field.
• 7–10 years in estimating, preconstruction, or PM.
• Experience with Design-Build, CMAR, and negotiated delivery.
• Proficient in Procore and Bluebeam; strong communication and organization.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage estimating team and preconstruction deliverables.
• Develop budgets, schedules, GMPs; coordinate with owners.
• Provide day-to-day leadership of estimating function.
• Coordinate procurement and subcontractor prequalification.
• Present budgets and schedules to owners; handle client meetings.
• Ensure turnover to Operations at project completion.
• Monitor risks and mitigation strategies.
