Leoforce is seeking a Mid Level experienced Preconstruction Manager in Wisconsin to oversee conceptual estimates, quantity takeoffs, and cost studies. You will lead bid development, review bid packages, and coordinate subcontractor solicitations to ensure accurate, competitive bids for complex projects.

Responsibilities include owning the estimate, reviewing direct and indirect costs, and aligning schedules with the estimate.

• Lead bid preparation, reviewing bid packages and strategies.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier solicitation and awards.
• Own the estimate; manage direct and indirect costs and bid package duties.
• Review schedule, execution strategy and alignment with estimates.
• Lead estimate reviews and bid clarifications for large projects.
• Share Estimating team knowledge and guidance on complex problems.
