Senior Preconstruction Project Manager with Samet Corporation will lead advanced cost estimation and preconstruction services for complex institutional, commercial, and industrial projects from scope development to field coordination.

You will own detailed estimates, life cycle analyses, and value engineering across mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, and mentor Samet team members in Greensboro, NC.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is required.
• 5-7 years of estimating experience in a construction environment.
• Sage Estimating Software experience preferred.
• Experience estimating/PM experience preferred.
• Experience preparing energy modeling studies preferred.
• LEED Accredited Professional preferred.
• Primavera scheduling experience is a plus.
• MS Word and MS Excel proficiency required.

Mansioni

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, life cycle cost analyses, and value engineering studies for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in institutional, commercial, and industrial facilities.
• Assist civil, architectural, and structural preconstruction-related services as needed.
• Assist in developing the CPM project schedule.
• Prepare written scopes of work and review plans and specifications.
• Conduct field inspections and coordinate project delivery.
