Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 7-10+ years of experience on civic/education, courthouse, or institutional projects.
• Depth in concrete and structural steel construction and quality management.
• Proven ability to mentor project managers and engineers.
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and client accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities and manage procurement strategies.
• Develop PMP, Work Plans, and change and risk management.
• Prepare cost projections and maintain project schedules in Prolog.
• Oversee subcontractor scopes, buy-out strategies, and contract terms.
• Drive client satisfaction through proactive relationship management.
