Job summary

Amplity seeks a Precision Medicine Liaison to lead and optimize precision medicine initiatives across complex health systems. You will align clinical, operational, and strategic priorities, engaging stakeholders and designing scalable workflows to advance diagnostic excellence and patient outcomes.

The role requires deep diagnostics expertise, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making, with responsibility to mentor others and influence enterprise policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced life sciences degree a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years in pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and/or device sales.
• Experience in oncology; strong analytics and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level testing strategy design across multi-site health systems.
• Align workflows across cardiology, oncology, hematology, labs, and administration.
• Sponsor consensus across service lines and govern committees.
• Mentor other PMLs and contribute to policy frameworks.
