Ladders in Chicago is seeking a Director of Practice Management to serve as a strategic partner to practice leadership, guiding operational priorities and translating business goals into actionable plans. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives that support growth, financial discipline, and a strong client service experience.

The role requires building collaboration across finance and talent teams within a professional services environment and leading initiatives to improve processes

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business administration or practice management in professional services.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and complex project management.
• Strategic planning aligned with organizational goals.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting expertise.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic partner to practice group leadership on operational matters.
• Lead the development and execution of practice and industry group business plans.
• Manage key initiatives through effective project management.
• Organize and facilitate periodic group meetings with action-item follow-up.
• Foster a collaborative culture and drive client satisfaction programs and pipeline management.
• Partner with Finance to develop revenue budgets and forecasts.
