The Director reports to the Senior Director of Practice Management and leads initiatives across Business Development, Finance, Talent, Learning & Development,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in business administration, practice management, or business operations within a professional services environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a matrix organization.
• Strong strategic planning and budgeting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Executive presence and ability to influence at top levels.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary partner to industry and practice group leadership on strategic and operational matters.
• Develop practice/industry group business plans aligned to the firm’s strategic plan with cross-functional teams.
• Drive execution of the plan, monitor progress, and report status regularly.
• Lead project management of key initiatives and coordinate meetings and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Talent, Learning & Development, Knowledge Management and Technology teams to optimize resources and performance.
