Page Executive is seeking a Practice Director to act as a strategic partner to leadership within its Financial Institutions Group. The role drives operational performance, growth initiatives, and business planning, interfacing with multiple teams across the firm.

The position requires 7+ years in a law firm or professional services environment, strong communication, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while managing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or MBA strongly preferred.
• At least 7 years in a law firm or professional services setting.
• Experience leading practice management or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with practice leadership to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Track progress against objectives and ensure accountability.
• Analyze financial performance and market opportunities for growth.
• Lead strategic projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Manage operations, meetings, reporting, and communications.
• Collaborate with finance, recruiting, BD, and KM teams on priorities.
• Support client development, pitches, RFPs, and relationship management.
• Coordinate events and thought leadership initiatives.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Partner with KM & Innovation to advance training and AI initiatives.
