Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in PR, communications, marketing, publicity, or social/digital content roles.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across press, digital, and video formats.
• Experience producing short-form videos or multimedia content.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and event days as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as publicity lead/publicist for select touring and annual events and for designated business units/events.
• Develop and execute PR, social media, and community engagement strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Plan and execute PR campaigns, including timelines, messaging, media outreach, and reporting.
• Create press materials, advisories, talking points, video assets, and media kits.
• Act as primary media contact and company spokesperson for corporate and industry news.
• Coordinate crisis communications and partner with leadership on messaging.
• Coordinate press conferences, interviews, and on-site media opportunities.
• Ensure consistency of messaging across departments and events.
