Job summary

dacgu is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Public Relations Manager to shape and promote the organization’s image. You will design communication strategies for media relations and cultivate industry connections to raise awareness and support growth.

You will lead a PR team, oversee campaigns, supervise content creation, organize events and interviews, and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in PR or related field
• Experience with multi-platform campaigns and media channels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong copywriting and content creation
• Up-to-date on latest industry trends; able to articulate trends confidently
• Strong project management skills and ability to supervise multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement publicity strategies, campaigns, and social media calendars
• Develop PR strategies for products, launches, and promotions
• Supervise and mentor PR team
• Manage content team to produce social media updates with links to products or promotions
• Develop and produce press releases, press kits, and related materials
• Maintain relationships with media
• Serve as the public face of the company in interviews and press conferences
• Organize promotional events, press conferences, tours, visits, and exhibitions
• Analyze media coverage and develop responses
• Develop relationships with industry leaders through social media
• Create presentations, articles, reports, and information for web sites, blogs, and social media
• Manage PR budgets, deadlines, objectives, and schedules
• Develop media activity reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Arrange conferences and all requirements (security, venue, etc.)
