Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or agency management.
• Experience managing PR agencies, communications partners, or external vendors.
• Experience developing internal communications programs and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external PR agencies, managing relationships, priorities, deliverables, timelines, and strategic alignment.
• Develop and execute internal communications strategies that support business priorities, employee engagement, culture initiatives, and organisational change.
• Partner with the social team to align external communications campaigns and internal channels.
• Manage and coordinate awards submissions, nominations, and supporting materials.
• Monitor industry trends, media coverage, and provide leadership with campaign performance updates.
