Job summary

ADI Global Partners seeks a Senior Account Executive to serve as the primary client liaison in Client Partnerships. You will drive account success by building trusted relationships and delivering strategic PR programs in a fast-paced agency setting.

You will manage end-to-end projects, coordinate across teams, craft reports and proposals, monitor budgets, and forecast profitability to support growth. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or relevant experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in account management.
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead client contact, cultivating deep partnerships, aligning on goals, and anticipating needs to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
• Manage end-to-end project execution: oversee timelines, deliverables, budgets, and cross-team coordination to deliver on-time, on-strategy results.
• Partner with clients on strategic planning, uncovering growth opportunities, providing market intelligence, and shaping proactive communications approaches.
• Craft and present high-impact materials—including reports, proposals, pitches, and presentations—while leading meetings and swiftly resolving issues.
• Track account finances: monitor budgets, optimize profitability, manage invoicing, and forecast to support sustainable growth.
