Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Functional Owner to standardize PMO processes across R&D, NPI, major design changes, and cost-out projects within a waterfall governance model.

You will onboard programs into Clarity PPM, provide level 2 support, and map current processes to shape the Program Management Policy. PMP certification and PMO tooling experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 5 years of prior experience as a PPM product owner, business analyst, project manager, program manager, engineer or a similar role.
• Certification in project management such as PMI Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Experience with PMO software tools and enterprise PPM systems.

Responsibilities

• Onboard programs and projects from current tool solutions into Clarity PPM with migration, fit-gap analysis, and training.
• Provide level 2 operations support and engage in customer-facing activities like health checks and feedback collection.
• Map current processes, identify lean improvements, and shape the Program Management Policy aligned with GE policies.
