GE Aerospace seeks a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Functional Owner to help establish standard PPM processes using Clarity PPM and Modern UX within the Engineering PMO. The role partners with Digital Technology to support data movement between MS Project, Smartsheet, Deltek and others.

You will onboarding programs, provide level-2 support, and map processes to GE policies. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in PPM/PMO roles and PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a PPM product owner, business analyst, project manager, program manager, engineer or similar role.
• Experience with project management strategies, processes, and supporting digital tools.
• PMI/PMBOK or PMP certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Onboarding programs and projects into Clarity PPM following defined process flow; migration, fit-gap analysis, requirements gathering, training, and hyper-care support at launch.
• Provide level 2 support and manage the maintenance cycle including regression testing for upgrades; engage with customers.
• Map and enhance digital tools aligned with GE policies and engineering handbook; research industry standards and propose solutions.
