Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Demand Planning, SIOP, or related roles.
• Experience in configurable or engineered-to-order product environments preferred.
• Strong expertise in forecasting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of demand planners for forecasting across product lines.
• Drive continuous improvement of forecasting KPIs including forecast accuracy.
• Develop and manage a rolling demand plan reflecting industrial demand.
