Enverus is seeking a highly driven Principal Consultant to join the Power & Renewables customer success team in the United States or Canada. This role focuses on minimizing churn, driving adoption, and engaging with key client champions to maximize value from our analytics and solutions.

The Principal Consultant will facilitate solution integration, collaborate with sales and CS teams to tailor engagements, and build long-term partnerships that align with client goals and organizational

Qualifications

• Understand the power & energy transition space.
• Ability to learn quickly and translate knowledge to clients.
• Works independently with general supervision.
• Ability to adapt account strategy based on client nuances.
• Ability to use internal reports to monitor progress in an account.
• Ability to liaise with clients to set up meetings and train sessions.
• Experience with Enverus product suite (Prism, Rated Power, Interconnect) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and master the Enverus advanced analytics capabilities and Solar design tools.
• Master the Enverus Power & Renewables solution suite.
• Assist and co-lead with sales in strategic account pursuits and present data clearly.
• Define and execute onboarding strategy for users across accounts.
• Contribute to client engagement training for Principal Consultants.
• Deepen relationships with clients and expand active user bases within own accounts.
• Provide product feedback to development teams with rationale.
• Deliver product overviews to client groups regardless of persona.
• Suggest innovative value realization ideas for clients.
