Job summary

Enverus is seeking a highly driven Principal Consultant to join our Power & Renewables customer success team in the United States or Canada. The PC acts as a strategic advisor to clients, focusing on reducing churn, driving adoption, and delivering tailored engagements that align with customers’ goals.

The role requires building long-term partnerships, coordinating with sales and account teams, and providing product feedback to development.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success is a plus.
• Background in solar, wind, and/or battery storage design or engineering is a plus.
• Experience with Enverus product suite (Prism, Rated Power, Interconnect) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and master the Enverus advanced analytics capabilities, including project tracking and analytics and utility-scale solar design software.
• Learn and master the Enverus Power & Renewables solution suite.
• Assist and co-lead with the sales team in strategic account pursuits and present data, analytics, and methodologies underpinning the dataset.
• Define, create and execute onboarding strategy for various users within multiple accounts.
• Assist in ongoing training of new and existing Principal Consultants on client engagement best practices.
