Job summary

Enverus seeks a highly driven Principal Consultant to join our Power & Renewables customer success team in the United States or Canada. As a strategic advisor, you will drive adoption of our analytics and solar design software, reduce churn, and build strong relationships with key champions across client organizations.

You will lead onboarding, coordinate with Sales, and partner with product teams to deliver tailored solutions and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Strategic advisor to Enverus clients to minimize churn.
• Ability to drive adoption and engage champions within client organizations.
• Plan onboarding strategies for multiple accounts across portfolios.
• Provide client feedback to product and development teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding strategy for users within multiple accounts.
• Assist in renewals with the account sales team.
• Plan and execute on-site/virtual learning events and product refreshes.
• Expand active user base through PC-initiated and sales-approved activities.
• Build Enverus brand awareness and foster long-term client engagement.
