Job summary

BRMi is seeking a Portfolio Value Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic initiatives and investments, ensuring clear definition, prioritization, governance, and value realization across the organization.

You will partner with sponsors and analytics teams to quantify outcomes, produce monthly and quarterly reporting, and provide data-driven recommendations to guide executive decisions. Hybrid in Vienna, VA; in-person interviews required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in portfolio management, program management, strategic planning.
• Experience managing complex portfolios from planning through implementation.
• Experience with governance, prioritization, intake, planning, and value realization.
• Strong analytical skills and experience turning data into actionable recommendations.
• PMP/PfMP or similar certification preferred.
• Experience in financial services or a heavily regulated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio operations, including large and complex strategic initiatives, from inception through implementation.
• Coordinate portfolio adjustments based on changing business demands, delivery requirements, and scope.
• Prepare initiatives for governance forums by coordinating inputs and communicating status.
• Support executive decision-making through structured analysis and portfolio insights.
• Develop recommendations and insights based on data and performance metrics to support planning and accountability.
