Standard Process Inc. in Palmyra, WI (Hybrid) is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to oversee the organization's portfolio of strategic initiatives from approval to implementation.

You will provide governance, prioritization, and resource alignment while coordinating with executive leadership to ensure initiatives align with company goals. Responsibilities include governance, oversight of strategic initiatives, capacity planning, leading a team of project managers, and delivering executive

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in portfolio management, project management, strategic planning, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience developing executive-level reporting and presentations.
• PMP, PfMP, PgMP, or related certification.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams.
• Experience within healthcare, consumer health, dietary supplements, wellness, or CPG industries.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the enterprise portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects; manage intake and governance processes.
• Provide oversight of approved strategic initiatives from initiation through implementation.
• Collaborate with initiative sponsors and project leaders to define scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Identify resource conflicts and optimize allocation to maximize portfolio performance.
• Lead and develop a team of project managers to ensure project momentum.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting; prepare materials for governance reviews and leadership meetings.
